Step 1-Order Confirm:
All terms about order should be confirmed by e-mail. We would send you invoice and provide our bank information for deposit. So far, we accept payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), West Union and Paypal. 30% deposit of payment would be required for order confirmation and balance cleared before shipment. Order confirmed once deposit received.
Step 2-Order Preparation:
One we receive the deposit, we will prepare for the product. Generally speaking, the lead time would be in 5-10 working days depends on product.
Step 3-Notification and Balance Cleared:
Once product get prepared, we shall inform buyer and send photos of it if required. If there is balance, buyer shall clear it, then we will arrange for its shipment.
Step 4-Delivery Processing:
We would arrange for delivery once balance cleared. We can arrangement shipment by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS express, Airway and Sea way according to order agreements and customer’s requirements. We would provide tracking number or bill of lading after items dispatched.
Step 5-After-Sale Service:
We will track the product until it is signed. And then order goes to after sale Service process. Details please see “After-Sale Service”on SUPPORT page.
