Bought this product in 2017 and have used it off and on since. In the past few months I began to use it three times a week for hour sessions. It has done an amazing job with one of my platysmal bands making one almost disappear. Skin feels tighter and I was able to extend time between forehead Botox sessions. However, today it just stopped working. Ordered another one. Will continue with sessions as I don’t want to spend $4000 on thermi tight.
Found out the problem was not with the device but the power cord. Working fine with new cord.
