It not only refreshes my eyes but also relaxes me. I love it massages specific pressure points. For me, this is money well spent because it truly helps to reduce stress. You can adjust the band so that choose how loose or snug that you want the massager to fit on your head. I use it every day – sometimes twice a day.

the massager is awesome. I wear glasses and work on a computer all day which gives me headaches pretty often. The heat and air function on this works really well and help my headache in 15 minutes. Occasionally I have had to use it again later, but most of the time 15 minutes does the trick. The heat is a lot warmer than I expected it to be and the air pressure hits just the right spots.
